THE SHOW:
Vendor Set up 7:00 AM
Vendor lobby doors open to the public at 9 am and then again at 5 pm.
Doors to the theater open at 930 am and then again at 5:30 pm.
Judging: 9:00 AM
Finals: 6:00 PM
Prejudging typically lasts 3-4 hours depending on competitor numbers. Following Judging the doors will close and there will be a break until the Doors open for the 6:00 pm Finals. The Finals that start at 6:00 pm typically last 3-4 hours.
Bite size Samples only. If providing samples, vendors must comply with the King County Food criteria and the City if Federal Way. Vendors are responsible for meeting the health codes. No food or beverage sales as that competes with the concessions.
