Kettlebells come in multiple shapes, styles and sizes and the methods floating around on how to use them are just as varied.

Seattle Kettlebell Club invites you to spend an hour with us learning the basics. We’ll cover the best approach for using kettlebells safely and the differences between the two major methods (“Kettlebell Sport” and “Hardstyle”) with instruction from the 2014 WA USAPL Coach of the Year on one of the most beneficial, simple yet nuanced exercises that anyone who wants to be in great shape needs to know: THE KETTLEBELL SWING.
